Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned within 7 working days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Broke and Damage Items (If you damage or break an item, we don’t return).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products marked as Final Sale.

 How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.

Packaging & Shipping

  • Securely package the item(s) in original or suitable packaging to prevent damage.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe returns.

Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 13-15 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

Refund Details

  • Discounts applied to the original purchase will be deducted.
  • Shipping and additional charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed in the currency rate at the time of purchase.
  • A 5% service charge applies to refunds for orders paid via Payment Merchant Account(If Price Cut), unless canceled within 24 hours.

Exceptions & Special Cases

  • For defective or damaged items, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
